When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within two working days, though for some items this may take slightly longer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for all our orders. Please allow up to five working days from the dispatch date for your item to arrive.

Who do I contact if there’s a problem with my order?

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact cares@twinkl.co.uk.  Please include your order number in your email.

I pre-ordered an item—when will it arrive?

The expected dispatch date for all items available for pre-order will appear in the description. Please allow five working days after this date for delivery. 

Can I use multiple discount codes?

No, all discount codes are single-use-only and can’t be combined. 

Which products are excluded from discounts?

This differs depending on the discount code used. However, typically Rhino Readers and Twinkl Phonics items are excluded from discount codes unless otherwise stated (if you find one, lucky you!).
