Terms & Conditions
1) These specific terms and conditions (‘the Specific Terms’) apply to this Promotion and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms that apply to all competitions and prize draws promoted by Twinkl Ltd.
2) By entering this Promotion you agree that you will be legally bound by these Specific Terms and the General Terms.
3) Entries must be made on behalf of a school or educational setting in the United Kingdom by a member of the SLT within the setting who enters this Promotion on behalf of the school.
4) Where possible, please enter using your school/setting/official email address
5) Entries on behalf of a school or educational setting must have been authorised by the Headteacher or Senior Leadership.
6) The closing dates for the draw for this Promotion are: 19/11/23, 21/1/24, 17/3/24, 12/5/24, 7/7/24. Prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within thirty (30) days following each closing date.
7) The prize for each winner of a draw in this Promotion is £500. One or more winners will be drawn in each draw at our discretion.
8) If you are awarded a prize as part of this promotion, you agree that we may use your name, school, town and/or county, and the 100 word statement you submitted to announce the winner of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
9) By entering this Promotion you grant to Twinkl Ltd a worldwide, non-revocable licence in perpetuity for Twinkl Ltd to use the information you have submitted (excluding any personal information or contact details) for marketing and publicity purposes.
10) The prize in this Promotion will be awarded via a prize draw following each closing date set out in Specific Term 6, above.
11) If we become aware that the same school has been selected as a prize winner more than once in the same Promotion (including where we have run the same Promotion multiple times on materially the same terms), that school will win one prize only and we may draw another prize winner at our discretion.
12) To enter the additional giveaway to also be considered for a bundle of Twinkl Originals 'Twinkl Originals' must be quoted within the applications, and 35 winners of these will be selected from all the relevant applicants.
